We are the AIMS Group of Companies with 2 main lines of business:

1. AIMS Software for Airline Scheduling of Crew, Aircraft, Flight and Operation Control. AIMS is the world’s market leader in Airline Scheduling Software, having sold around 220 licenses to Airlines in 60 countries around the world, and is offering support and updates to all AIMS Licensees.

2. AIMS Energy with its Group of Companies that have a value of over €1 Billion in renewable projects, is Developing, Constructing and Operating Renewable Energy Projects (Photovoltaic, Wind and plans to enter into Storage Projects) and provides maintenance support for all its own and third party projects. One of the companies in the AIMS Group of Companies (Isolar S.A.) also provides Services for the licensing of Renewal Energy Projects, and also acts as an EPC Contractor that constructs Renewable Energy Projects with a license, and also provides maintenance to third parties.

We are interested to sell all or some of our parks in the Teaser.

In case of interest, the Prospect Buyer must submit to us by email a Letter of Interest (LoI) with his detailed profile along with a Proof of Funds (PoF) by a financial institution which will certify that it is their client who is interested to buy one/more of the parks included in the Teaser and has the necessary funds to do so. If we don’t receive both of the aforementioned documents we cannot provide you with any further information with regards to the technical characteristics of our available for sale PV parks (such as exact location, size of plot etc.).

Annual Electricity Generated
We have utilized actual data to calculate the ‘Annual Electricity Generated’ which appears on the table, at least for the Parks that have been operating for more than a year.

Maintenance Contracts
All parks have maintenance contracts from a specialized company that fixes all problems that may occur and also replaces all parts that cannot be fixed. In addition, the parks are covered by insurance contracts for a) loss of income and b) replacement of parts while they are also all fenced and are connected via SMS and cameras in order to be monitored at all times by the maintenance company.

Assumptions/Projections
The revenues and expenses that are shown in the Teaser are based on actual data, but as they change regularly, we cannot guarantee them, and we will do so during the Due Diligence process.

Agents/Middlemen Fees
Realtors/Intermediaries/Introducers' Fees are 1% of the undiscounted selling price if all or at least EUR 100M worth of the parks are purchased at the same time, otherwise, the fees will be 0.5%.
